Installer Position
Experience & Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Commercial or Residential construction related experience required.
- Experience in security camera installation a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Extensive travel required (up to three weeks at a time).
- Experience in managing high tension situations on jobsites.
- Experience in managing job paperwork accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Retro Renovation Jobs – Remove existing security equipment; prep installation areas where needed; install new security equipment; and test new security equipment for defects.
- New Construction Jobs – Install new security equipment and test for defects.
- Complete beginning job inventory of shipped devices and material onsite.
- Effectively track installation progress as job is completed to ensure productivity and proper materials are onsite to complete the job.
- Accurately complete job paperwork package for each job.
- Thoroughly track expenses for each job and organize all receipts for job to ensure proper expense tracking.
- Be a Team Player – shared goals of completing the job with the highest degree of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, while completing all work efficiently and accurately.
- Act like a Professional – must be able to interact with property management, guests, and others in a professional manner.
